Artist's Note
1: for the start panel to look right ie. the log off/shut down buttons, install the included patch.
2: this is made to have the fat borders and doesn't look right without them unfortunately.. to get fat borders click advanced button under appearance tab, select active window borders

UPDATE: left frame fixed.
added substyle with 20 pxl caption bar.
made the scroll bar a little clearer.
all done, including shell
