Ok. If you rip, do NOT (And I repeat.) do NOT post them to any sites, just use them yerself (I do that all the time, tweak a skin to suit my desktop.). Ripping and taking credit is really lame. And they say something about the loser that's behind the skin. Good updates for old skins are nice but this one? I think not....
