Artist's Note

Wow, this site is so dead :-(. But in its memory, I'll just leave this here ...

From my DA submission:
Sorry to not have posted anything for so long, I kept going between the same, lame themes which weren't interesting enough to post. So yeah, I just discovered FVWM a few days ago and have been screwing around with it. This "litestep of Linux" is really, really cool and I love how you can do so much with it. I even made a tiling script for it with animated movement (actually you can write scripts for it to do just about anything you want really). Its so cool, I just had to show it off! Thanks to Visionsofart / Riian / Fkant for making such wonderful, inspiring FVWM shots :-D

WP | Tab's edit of one of Sticboy's Getty Museum Photps ([link])
GTK | Eclipse Mod (me)
FVWM | Other than the default script sections and stuff from the man pages, everything is put together by me
Conky | 3 Scripts (top, music, time), the top bar has elements from Lyrae's/Thrynk's wonderful conky scripts
Icons | Modded Amora Icons by David Lanham (both regular, tray, and pidgin icons)

Firefox | Startpage Modded from ninjaboi (noka), blank theme, custom userChrome.css
Thunderbird | Custom userChrome.css (will post in journal, completely blanks the background to one color), blank theme

Info Script | Found in the Archlinux forums and tweaked by me
Font | Cure by Artwiz
Music | Skill Research by karash (from Epeakurean cd, it's Fullon Psytrance)

Running Apps:
urxvt, sonata, mpd, pidgin, totem, thunderbird, firefox, thunar, mousepad, gqview, trayer

That's all I can think of for now, I'll try to post more often. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks for the comments guys. Good to see that not everyone has left. :-D

@kowic:
Kind of bad how we actually need a reason to log on anymore, isn't it?

@nosphere:
You should definitely at least try it out! You don't even need to remove windows (just make some room).

@mango:
Yeah, its Arch.

Well, I look forward to "loving" it here :-D. We need to get more people to come back :-\. It seems like pixelfuckers isn't going to be ready for day-to-day usage for quite awhile (though I know they are working hard on it).
