Rainmeter

I have downloaded the mass effect skin,I have everything set up the way that I wanted,but I am having a problem trying to change the language of my notepad and rss reader,It is in russian,I need it to be in english,and after 10 straight hours of trying to figure it out,I need some help here,dows anyone know how to accomplish this?Thanks

if you go to edit your skin, you have to go into the actual list of documents included on that particular .ini file. you need to look for a txt file called "Applications" and inside of that you can find the directory is linked on...i downloaded a skin that was completly in russian... i felt like a boss afterwards haha, i have been using rainmeter for about two days so dont judge me haha. anyways i hope it helps dude. :)
