hey everyone, I am unable to actaully apply the download once i download them, can anyone please help? its not from computer errors, but merely lack of knowledge, does anyone know how to instll files? This is my first time ever doing this, i just popped on today and i dont have any add on programs.

I'm new to this as well. Once I download the file I want to apply to my desktop, I don't know what to do once it downloads in WinRAR. What do I extract it to and where? - Any feedback is appreciated!
