Rainmeter

Hi there everyone! I decided to write here due to a request i have and cannot solve by myself...
the thing is that im really into using rainmeter but cannot find anything , skin or something that gives a direct link to the control panel in windows vista....
i have tried to edit skins in order to try and make a skin that would enable me to open the control panel but without succes...can anyone help me in doing a simple skin or code or something to acces it.
I know that with rocketdock i can add a shortcut to it but would like a rainmeter skin if possible.Thanks

Also, you can do a google search on Windows Godmode. Then you can make a directory with shortcuts to all the special folders in windows. Then you can just call up those shortcuts inside your skin. I currently use it on a skin I modified for wireless networks. I click on the corner of the skin and open the connect to a network window.
