Can not extract files to Rainlendar2

I'm running Windows 7 and have winRAR installed. When i try to extract the files to the "skins" folder in Rainlendar2 I get the error message "The system cannot find the path specified. I tried extracting the folders to my desktop and then dragging and dropping them into the "skin" folder but when I refreshed Rainlendar2 no new skins show up. What should I do?
