Hi everyone! Im having a problem with litestep, when i install a new theme for litestep, i can´t download the modules, does anyone know how to solve this problem?

If it's trying to get modules from ls-themes.org but can't you could always try to set your netloadmodule to fetch from http://modules.shellfront.org/ (which isn't completely up to date at this point) or http://www.ls-universe.ls-themes.org/modules/ (Which is usually completely up to date or near to it)
Generally it would look like this *NetLoadModuleSite "http://www.ls-universe.ls-themes.org/modules/"
Which would either go in the theme's .rc or, in the other place I can't remember that's the default .rc for netloadmodule
