can't control the volume

I need help

i have done the following things in vk104.txt

VolumeUp , 000000AF

VolumeDown , 000000AE

Mute , 000000AD

and in the hotkey.rc

*Hotkey .none VolumeUp !Volume_Up 0
*Hotkey .none Volumedown !Volume_Down 0
*Hotkey .none Mute !Mute 0

i gave v_bang-lite loaded andi still cant control the volume with my key board please help
