I have downloaded the zip file, and tried to put the file into the skins folder of Rainlender 2 and it doesn't show. I also tried to click on the Fresh.ini file but it only opens up in notepad with loads of text that make little sense to me. I am on Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit SP1 I'm new to this so I would really appreciate the help!
