1. You need the clist_modern plugin, once installed you can set the msf file as it's skin. 2. The icons can be installed in the options panel, if you set the tray to use global icons, those can be different from your contact list icons. Note: In my setup i use blank icons in the contact list, the icon in the statusbar is an image i attached to the skin. 3. The order of contact items can be set in the options panel as well, this way you can have the avatars on the right. (i posted a forum item about how to get custom avatars earlier this week) 4. For other options, such as exact positioning, use the options panel as well, it's a little too much to explain here, but those are not the most important things for the overal look.

Im not sure if it's just me, but there's something wrong with the Lucida font you're using and uploaded, Pepi. Stretches out the tabs in Display properties too much for me. Here's a better version http://iceman.jonmega.com/stuff/fonts/
