Why can't you guys sort out your timezones to be in line with the motherland!? heh well i fell asleep last night so i missed the fun on irc, but i'll grab an update from mark later. Here's a bug fix:

- posting blogs with commenting disabled - FIXED

We need to get all the beta testers in #evo, it was really productive.

A few nights like that with people really hammering it here would be fun.

There's a "500 error" when you click the "more" friends link in a user's profile.

Updates:
- Blog tab replaced by News, /news aggregation
- Members tab shows more stats (including "most loved")
- username links fixed in private messages, etc
- user galleries (profile > "see all submissions")
- more friends link (from profile)
- "was official staff comment" removed
- color spy (check it out from Browse pulldown > colors)
- beta login - fixed incorrect password erroring
- javascript error on Browse tab pulldown fixed

Next up are the submissions that are erroring.

I think that the users shouldn't been able to "like" or "love" their own works. What do you think?

I dont know if I am missing something, but why is almost everything in someone's profile a link, and why does this link lead nowhere? It's giving me a 404 error, and the link text says "...memberssearch...." Will this eventually link to other users who have the same interests, etc?

Also I dont see the point of having the zoom feature. I mean, it's cool as hell, really stylish, but it doesn't zoom the whole way in. I love its look, but its kind of vestigial.

A few more fixes:
- profile search links now work (e.g. find other users who use "photoshop", are from england etc)
- /members search box - jumps straight to profile if exact match found, also matches username* so you can search for "colossus" and it will match "colossus72"
- 50x50 profile photos are no longer resized (no quality loss)
- fixed the wrapping "FrostedFlames" etc

Does the "New reply" link work for anyone? It just takes me to the top of the page.

Also in the Recent Posts section of my profile, my recent posts aren't coming up right.

Something I posted just a few minutes ago shows up as "1 day ago" and some stuff isn't showing up at all.

when i browse by tags, they all seem to load fine except for 'vector'. it shows that there are two pages, but both of those pages are blank. (ff 2.0)

also, would it take much work to rename the 'xp themes' category to 'visual styles'?

another thing, a lot of skins (visual styles) have previews that are larger than the max size in the lightbox. would be nice to be able to fullview the preview.

Akka - thanks, I agree. I'll do that when I'm sprucing up the lightbox (pre-launch).

just uploaded a screenshot and it isn't showing up on the front page or in the screenshots section.

edit: oh, it's because i said it's a WIP.

I left a "friends comment" for someone then when I went to leave a friends comment for someone else it had the previous friends comment in the text area.

the thumbs in 'your account' are spaced funny, like they were for power browse. anyone else seeing it?

The "Groups" page needs a "new post" button. It took me 5 minutes to figure out how to make a new post.

Ok we're getting there... few more fixes:

- ds messages bug
- recent posts in profile, date was off
- /groups/latest - new reply anchor
- ported most recent user passwords over

(btw recent posts in profiles are grouped by thread, so only your most recent post in that thread is shown)

Also profiles are currently giving an error, will be fixed shortly

uploaded a skin and entered a new category 'Skalc'
the file was succesfully uploaded, but into a bogus address http://48536
I found the address (by trial and error) that was supposeably http://beta.customize.org/skalc/48536

btw, evo = kewl :D

i get that error about 75% of the time i try and view submissions.
im using internet explorer 6 with service pack 2 in windows xp... on a toshiba laptop... on a desk... in an office.

Getting http 500 error message when attempting to upload an image for profile. Submit button hanging when attempting to upload new wallpaper submission, i.e., submission not completing after several minutes of wait time..

ditto on the image for profile, jpg has no spaces in filename or other bad chars, firefox, os x.

yes please, someone listen to j3. I'm having the same problem with IE7 and the site is just unusable with that error message.

i've uploaded several profile images. my problem is in my 'edit profile' page, only 3 of them show up in the section where you choose your avatar. the others have checkboxes, but no thumbnail. i'm not sure if it's due to their various resolutions or simply a bug.

since theres lots of wallpapers available, could there be a 'download all button'? instead of downloading from each link. i think it would prove real handy.

ok I'm getting the same thing as J3 except I'm running maxthon 2 (which is running on the ie6 engine)

I'm getting the same profile image upload error as royaltroon. Worked fine the first time around, but I guess I got greedy and tried to pick a new one. If it matters, I'm using an ancient version of Firefox.

Ok profile images should be working again now?

It was IE 7....I used Navigator and everything uploaded without a problem.
