I've been working on a skin for a while. Finished it up a few days ago, but Im not completely happy with it. I figured I'd let you guys critique it some so I can make some adjustments before I submit it here. Anything helps.
Actually, I rather like the green lines. It makes the skin look classy, sophisticated, and such. I am, however, a little bit unsure about the brown and the green together; unfortunately, I can't think of an alternative color that would look better. So the answer, as always: color pack ;)
ummm.... i may be stupid but what green lines? I dont see any.... looks good to me although I dont know what VS it would go with and thus i would probably never use it..........maybe i would make my own vs to use it with though its pretty cool i say go with it right on
Great design. The layout of the main window works very well and I like what you've done with the EQ. My only reservation is with the choice of colours - I'm not sure the green works.
It could be a good skin, I have no problem with the color choices. Just make some caption buttons adjustment (they're missplaced on click down on main window, and double displayed on click down on EQ) and finish up the MediaLibrary.

I love the brown and green, what the heck guys. It's awesome as it is. Probably my favorite of FF's skins. It looks like a delicious mint ice cream sandwich made out of sugar cookies. I want to use it AND eat it. The only "craftsman" details it's missing are the easter egg and the media library (which I use). other than that it's great. The inclusion of a halfskin is a great touch too, but only because I started that shit. :D
As far as a pre-release suggestion; the colors obviously aren't for everyone, so consider a gray/brown version. I love it as is though.

i think this green business mite be to do with people's monitors. On my laptop i barely noticed the green and on my desktop i can see it (tho its not entirely green). so i imagine on other's it mite look alot greener.
I personally prefer it without the green (gray would be better).
Yeah, the green is something to consider, as I said before I can't see it, I have duel moniters and just dragged the image onto the other one and can't see it there either (the screens are by different manufacturers), so if you think the green is a vital part of the skin you should know that a lot of people can't even see it.
I like the skin a lot and would use it based on what I can see of it but I just thought you should be aware.

I can definately see myself using this. Simple and subtle. And j3 makes a good point, you should see how it looks with some texturing (perhaps the one you used in the background?)
I understand that vl just came out with a brown suite. Its a coincidence. I had been working on this for a while and decided to hold off on submitting it since the colors were similar to asamov.
